PUBG is a survival game where the player or players have to survive till the end, basically the last man standing concept. There are three modes in which a user can play through,
    - Solo (Player v Player)
    - Duo (2 player team)
    - Squad (4 player team)
These three modes are further divided into First-Person-Perspective (FPP) and Third-Person-Perspective (TPP). There are currently 4 maps available which have been added over-time(from oldest to newest),
    - Erangel – a Russian map.
    - Miramar – a Central America sand map.
    - Vikendi – an Adriatic island snow map.
    - Sanhok – a Southeast Asian forest map.

A match starts with 100 players parachuting through a military cargo plane into an island (Erangel) either that be solo, duo or squad. Players reach the ground and scavenge the area for supplies (Weapons, Health Kits, Body Armor, Helmets, Ammo, Weapon attachments, Scope’s, Energy Drinks etc.) and loot it to compete with other players. There is an outer blue electric circle which gets smaller with time and is the scary circle which every player needs to avoid. There is another, white circle, which is the safe zone. The players have to get inside the white circle before the blue electric circle crosses and avoid being outside it, as it will get your health to decrease and eventually kill you. The most important and attractive part of the game is the Air Drop which is parachuted through the cargo plane after every circle tightens down. Air Drop consists of the most elite loot: rare weapons, armor and camouflage suit. Basically it is whoever is the last man or squad standing alive, they win. When you win, the famous tagline appears “Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner”. Within these maps, a red zone‎‎ periodically spawns onto random cities/locations causes explosions within that area and players to get shelter or run from that area. From start to end, a single match takes approximately half an hour or 30 minutes.

In all modes of play, PUBG allows you to set your own risk level, beginning with the opening jump. You learn the hotspots quickly if playing the most common map Erangel: the Sosonovka military base, Georgopol, Novorepnoye and School are magnets for confident, deadly players. Hitting an unmarked farm will give you lots of security, but boredom and bad loot too. Its elegant design: choosing your spawn point is a way of choosing what kind of match you want to have. A few less spectacular issues eat away at the fun. When leaping off a ledge, in rare cases PUBG will register the fall twice, inflicting double damage. Parachuting is similarly awkward, as PUBG struggles to sync your position if you clip a roof or ledge, making finesse drops harder to pull off. In a few spots, gear disappears through the ground completely if dropped. And at extremely long ranges, you may be able to spot a player but be unable to shoot them, as a rock or ridge fails to render, operating as a buggy, transparent barrier. The true trouble is network performance, which simply isn't a match for PUBG's heavy emphasis on precision.
On the hardware side, you will be pretty impressed by the graphical performance as it is smoothly run on 1080p graphics of good and modern PC rig. FPS or frame rate dips are very common for every multiplayer shooter game so it does not really account for in the game if your internet connection is good and fast.

Taking it as a whole, PUBG is an achievement in opposing brutality and sentient room. It's a hyper-competitive shooter game where you can be killed from half a kilometer away without any warning. Plus the auto-run button makes its easier if you are running and want to do something else or grab something to eat while playing. PUBG has its good and bad sides but overall it is worth your time to play with friends and create virtual war stories.
